Sugar
delivered a litter of 3 beautiful marble babies, 1 brown girl, 1 brown
boy & 1 snow boy. Aggie delivered her first wonderful litter, 1
snow spotted girl, 1 brown marbled girl & 1 snow marbled boy.
A new potential stud boy arrived from Eriador Bengals. Magma will
hopefully carry my whited breeding programme forwards in 2010. A huge
thankyou to Carol Hebden for this handsome young man.
Lemmy
delivered 2 beautiful blue-eyed snow spotted babies. The little girl is hopefully going to join
another breeding programme.
3
beautiful Spring litters arrived, Monty's first offspring. He certainly
hasn't disappointed. The first snow & silvers here at Slavess
as
well as browns from Sugar, Ice & Maisy. Some of them will be
staying here.
3 new ladies arrived at Slavess to diversify the bloodlines &
each
have different qualities to offer. My gratitude goes to my close
friends
who entrusted their beautiful girls to my care, I'm sure they will do
you all proud. Welcome to Ice, Aggie & Mitzie.
Sugar gave birth to her first litter on 24th Oct. The following day,
her
mate gained his Supreme Grand Champion title with TICA. Huge
congratulations to
SGC Kushiel Sebastian of Solargem & his owner Frances Wilson,
who also bred both his parents.
Owlsdene Marbled Montague (Monty) joined us here at Slavess Bengals. A
beautiful brown marbled boy with many good qualities whom i hope will
work wonderfully with my girls. My gratitude goes to Liz
Richmond-Watson at Owlsdene for this
gorgeous boy.
Sugar went to visit Kushiel Sebastian of Solargem, a stunning snow
marble. Thankyou very much
to Frances for this wonderful opportunity. Snow & brown marbles
are
hoped for from this mating.
Sugar
got 1st open, CC & BOB at her first adult GCCF show at the
Wiltshire & District Cat Club 10th anniversary show. Brown
marbles
have only had championship status since June this year with the GCCF.
Lemmy gave birth to her first litter. Many thanks to Typhast again, for
the use of their handsome stud Timbavati Pagan Ritual.
Maisy had a c-section & rejected her kittens. I hand-reared
&
ended up with one little male survivor who was homed as a much-loved
pet. Sugar attended her first TICA show & gained the title
of
CHAMPION.
I am happy to announce that Maisy is pregnant. This should be a very
exciting litter. A huge thankyou to Rosie & Barrie Alger-Street
for
the wonderful opportunity of using their beautiful boy in my breeding
programme.
Maisy went to visit Gogees Wardance at Typhast Bengals. He is an older
boy who has sired some stunning kittens. His ears are tiny, tail
is short & thick & he has been known to carry whited
tummies.
Although a mating wasn't witnessed, everything indicated that it had
taken place. Maisy seems to like her privacy!
Unfortunately
Lemmy
fell off call & didn't come back on. She stayed awhile just in
case
but we'll try again in the Spring. Maisy may be the next one to be a
mummy instead, depending on calls.
SLAVESS
is now also a GCCF registered prefix.
Lemmy
is currently on her holidays visiting a mouth-watering boy. I won't
post details of him until a mating is confirmed but fingers crossed she
finds him as attractive as I do!!!
SLAVESS is now a TICA registered cattery name. GCCF prefix still
pending.
The marble kittens have now all been rehomed, apart from Brown Sugar,
who is staying here.
Willow
gave birth to some beautiful bouncing, brown marble babies on Tuesday
5th June, already showing good strong colouration & patterns.
One girl is staying here as a future potential queen.
Willow
has been mated to Bailey, a lovely gentle boy
at
Waterfall Bengals, from Solargem lines. He is a blue-eyed
snow marble with exquisite markings
& crystal-clear eyes. He has a lovely wild head, small ears
&
short thick tail. Many thanks to Natasha Lovell for allowing me to use
her gorgeous boy. Willow is showing all the
signs & babies are expected on or around 4th June 2007.
I
am currently
planning my next litter. Willow is
due to call any time within the next month and is now ready for her
second litter. I have a beautiful blue-eyed snow marble boy lined up
for her to visit and am looking forward to finding out if she carries
the snow gene. Please check back here and i will confirm details of her
pregnancy when the time comes.
My
website is finally up and running, although my prefix is still pending.
Any future news will be added above
as it happens, below is a brief history of Slavess Bengals to date.
Willow
gave birth to two big healthy female brown-spotted
kittens. Both girls will be staying on here as prospective future
Slavess queens.
Willow
went to visit a very handsome brown-spotted boy, Llandar Coolhand Luke,
owned and bred by Anne Randall. I chose him particularly for his
striking white tummy and he also has lovely small ears and a short
thick tail, all of which I hope will carry into my lines. Many thanks
to Anne for the
privelage of introducing this bloodline into my breeding programme.
After
much deliberation, picking and choosing, the first
queen finally arrived here at Slavess Bengals. Willow is a lovely big
girl from Barbara Boizard-Neil at Bambino, many thanks to her for the
opportunity of owning this wonderful girl. She is out of TICA CH
Millwood X Treme
and Bambino Goldendreamer.
